What exactly are 'felties' and how can I use them?
Felties are small, embroidered fabric shapes made from high-quality felt. They are perfect for DIY projects such as hair clips, scrapbooking, badge reels, greeting cards, and various other craft embellishments.
How long will it take to process my order?
Since many of our items are handmade to order, our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend slightly, but we always strive to ship your creative supplies as quickly as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Can I request custom colors or designs?
We love custom orders! If you need a specific color palette or a unique design not currently in our shop, please contact us through our 'Custom Request' form, and we will do our best to bring your vision to life.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
How are the felties finished on the back?
Most of our felties are finished with a clean, flat felt backing, making them easy to glue onto your desired surface. If you require them to be left 'un-cut' or with specific attachments, please specify this in your order notes.
